Welcome to our website! The members of the Riverside Police Officers' Association are proud to serve and protect the citizens of our city. The Association was founded back in 1935 with the objective of maintaining a relief fund for the protection, care, and relief of its members. Since its founding 83 years ago, the objectives of the Association have expanded.
Recognizing the importance of maintaining a close relationship with the community we serve, members of our Association reach out to improve and sustain our community with both volunteer support and financial assistance.
Join us as we make our city a better place to live. The RPOA is a 501(c)3 non-profit organization.
The Riverside Police Officers’ Association is dedicated to promoting and protecting members’ rights through strong representation and improving their safety and quality of life. The RPOA is committed to improving and sustaining its local community and reaches out to their community with both volunteer support and financial assistance.
The Riverside Police Officers’ Association is built upon a foundation of unity, integrity and leadership. Our purpose is to provide the highest quality and most effective representation for our members and to ensure that their interests and safety are protected. We will be a leader and active participant in labor issues on the local, state and national levels and shall provide a credible and effective voice in the legislative and political arenas. The Riverside Police Officers’ Association will perform in a manner that brings credit to and reflects favorably upon professional law enforcement and the community that our members serve.
All proceeds from the purchase of these clothing items will go directly to an account set up for Officer Swift through the Riverside Police Officers' Association's "Officer Assistance Fund." Last year, RPOA set up a special account for Riverside Police Department members who are affected by cancer after the sudden deaths of Detective Aaron Brandt and Detective Ronel Newton. If you would like to donate to that special cancer fund, contact RPOA at (951) 784-1034 or make your donation directly through their website at rpoa.org/rpoa-donations.
Help us come together to give Officer Swift the backup she needs.
