Letter from the President
Dear Community,
I wanted to take a moment to share with everyone a few brief words about the Riverside Police Officers’ Association and the charities we support with your generous donations.
The RPOA’s goal is to provide assistance to the immediate family members of police officers killed or injured in the line of duty and to provide services, programs and activities that promote and preserve the health and welfare of less fortunate children and elderly in our community.
Since 2006, the RPOA has been able to provide over $100,000 in goods and services annually. None of that would be possible without the generosity of our sponsors, supporters and members.
One of the things that separates our charity from others and makes us unique is the fact that none of the monies raised are used for administrative costs or salaries for the non-profit. What does that mean? Every dollar raised or donated to through the RPOA Assistance Fund goes directly to those in need!
I would like to thank all of you for being a part of our commitment to make a difference in the lives of those in need.
